@kinr03340 It depends if they can time it right.

conventional tennis.

I want to say that it is kind of hard to check that at that moment, you could better see if the ball is going straight:P

You are really un great man ! Thank you for all these tips. ^^

Great lessons !

Sometimes I see tennis players hit a forehand with both feet off the floor does this make the ball go faster?
-
practice your swings + follow through but without a ball, just do it outside. make sure when you think the ball is going to hit the racket that the strings are completely parallel to the net
-
how do I keep the ball nice and flat? someitmes i hit the forehand too high!!!!!

What are the constants on all good follow throughs. Is it where the elbows finish? The raq butt? Surely there must be one constant that all players have, and the location of the ball changes where the raq finishes right? I love your videos, but wish you wouldnt have said you didnt want to get into why you finish diff places. Thats what Im looking for.
Thanks

I have a really bad habit of not following through when doing a forehand-I usually stop midway. (when I try to follow through, the ball goes too high) Any advice on how to get rid of that bad habit?
Great lessons!

Thanks! Strange that the ball flies when you follow through completely. It sounds like your swing path changes when you stop short vs. following through all the way. You need to adjust your swing path so that you hit the ball correctly -- you make correct contact -- and then follow through in a smooth and relaxed motion.

I tend to hit longer when the balls are faster & harder, also when the ball is too far forwards. can you help?

There are a number of reasons this could be happening. However, it's very likely you don't have enough topspin on the ball. If you're hitting balls w/a lot of pace long, you probably aren't controlling the speed of the ball. If you put more topspin on your shot it will land in more consistently.
