CowboyTD I'm 5 6 and I can do reverse 180 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I used the workout training at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout could be used if you can check they generate results

Let's hope he gets rehired to coach my Pistons because he's a good guy and a smart coach and deserves another shot. He did great with the Mavs, why the fuck did they fire him? He lead them to an NBA Finals for God's sake!! Oh well, come coach the Pistons Avery!!

i think avery is a victim in his own success, he's been the best coach in dallas and firing him seems not a good move made by cuban.. before im a huge fan of dallas, now? i dont even want to watch their games, bacause everytime i watch their game i always gets dissappointed... Y_Y i love dirk though....

I've been a Mavs fan my whole life...And I'm not happy with the way the team is heading, but I'm going to stay optimistic...Look how the Celtics jumped from a door mat to NBA champions...Dallas is known for making good trades...Maybe the Kidd trade isn't exactly what we needed, but we had to do something to get this team back where it needed to be...But I still believe the Mavericks will make it through this rough patch and be back to contending status soon...GO MAVS!!!

Mark cuban is a racist. He has now hired a caucasion, and probably didnt even interview a minority. Mark cuban is a klan member, he lynched Avery big time. that sucks.

whoa dude, just because you a hire a white person to fill a position that was held by a black person does not mean you are racist. i dont agree with firing Avery, but it definitely was not racially motivated
