@primerodimus1 Yes.. All babies/todd's are soppose to take naps. Go do your research before you try acting like Dr.Phil.. Childlen act like this when they are tired, Cranky,etc but will refuse to go to sleep..She's doing it exactly right, Shes doing it the way it says your soppose to do it, when she got up crying the mom walked in without saying a word and put her back in bed and walked out.. The Child will become spoiled and acted worse if she gets away with doing what she wants..

She may not want to take a nap but children that young need them. Great way to handle the situation mom!!!

If you force her to take a nap during the day when she doesn't feel like it, she will start to associate going to sleep with being punished. Then you will have trouble putting her to bed at night. Is naptime really worth upsetting her like this and causing potential harm to your relationship with her? My parents never made me take naps, and I turned out OK.
