I just got this thing yesterday and I went to curl it and it did not hold any of the curls that I tried and I tried every curl technique and I even used water an that did not work.. someone help

hello, i just purchased the mannequin head in 022 and im sure i will love it. quick question, will i be able to make my own hair parts or is the part down the middle permanent?

@lmaojefff You can create a part anywhere on the mannequin head, but we recommend cutting the hair shorter as it is difficult to part very long hair.

@metrofemhair I put it on the highest temp and curled it the old fashions way raped it around the iron tried the figure 8 method and it did not hold any of the world and I tried to wet it and it still didn't work

I just got mine, and I love it. But one concern. When I brush it from the top of the head down the brush gets stuck because there are these little loops. Not knots, loops. Can you please tell me why this is and what I can do to get rid of it?
