Power chords are described in Stage 2 of The Complete Basic Course. This is great additional material for that section of the course. Most of these exercises are designed for beginner and intermediate guitarists. As DJ mentioned in the video, the backing tracks are great for all levels but this lesson is appreciated the most by beginner and intermediate guitarists.
