Howard Hawks directed this 1953 musical comedy starring Jane Rusell and Marilyn Monroe, who is the second honoree of our ICON Mini-Series. You can catch a Marilyn double-feature of "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" and "There's No Business Like Show Business" on August 9th at 6:30pm at the Orpheum!

@MissEveWrites Where can I find the cut scenes? I don't have the movie on DVD (yay for tapes!). Are they on there?

@MissRandomIsRandom Yes - it was cut, but they are shown wearing the costumes in the scene where they are just coming off stage in France after a show, and the PI confronts them in their dressing room. That scene was the act they were performing.

I've seen this movie millions of times and don't recall ever seeing the scene at 2:13. Was it cut from the film and only included in the trailer?
