@roaringwaterbay Actually I think 2011 mazda wont be making the RX8, its the first time in like 40 or 50 years mazda hasnt made a rotary powered car. But dont worry the NEW RX7 will be coming out soon :)

only downside is excessive heat and too low flow rate stock water pump.
Great for daily driving, but the engine just has too many seals, on a good day, a rotary would last only about 180k miles untill it started burning oil and loosing compression.
otherwise badass engine, plus lots of aftermarket seals and pretty simple to work on.
