i did it for the 1st time last night, i was skeptical too, but i did it, and it worked, cleared out all that crap, i got it from a gnc store 2 for $9, but i found it cheat on the web, so i ordered some for next time, i was on 2 different inhalers, and 3 more pills, none of that crap even slowed down the symptoms, my sinuses are almost all clear i think i need to do it a few more times, on youtube, i saw a lot of knockle head videos about it that is what convinced me to try it cause ordinary pep

I love ear waxing. I do it about ever six months. I don't as much gunk or wax, as Peter got, but I do feel better when I'm done.
I highly recommend it for people who suffer from sinus problems.
I do have a question for the people who don't believe it works. Have you even tried it? I truly believe if you did, you would be more positive about it.

Even is ear candling did create a vacuum(and thats a big if) then can anyone explain to me how that would extract wax from the ear? The only possible time for the wax to come out would be right when the cone goes in and initially creates the vacuum, after that the cone and ear canal are a vacuum so its not like it could be extracting the wax in any way, theres no air flowing through it.

If it's the vacuum that supposed to do the trick, why do you have to use a candle to do it? Or is paying someone to suck on your face a bit seedy?

Ear candling does NOT remove wax from ears
It produces gunk, but gunk comes from the CANDLE
Prove this using the SCIENTIFIC METHOD
Buy an ear scope (about $20. Less than cost of ear candling session)

1 Get someone with ear wax (check with scope)
2 Candle ear
3 Check ear with scope
4 WAX IS STILL THERE

1 Get someone with NO ear wax (check with scope)
2 Candle ear
3 Candle produces gunk
4 No ear wax initially means GUNK CAME FROM CANDLE

I totally agree, you get soooo much candle wax in your ear and gunk just from candling. I hear coning works tho, and i beleive it cuz theres no gunk involved.

I don't know about this ear coning but I do know when I went to my ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor) that he does use a small straw-like vacuum to remove the wax from my ears. It's not a continuous suction , its short bursts of suctioning. So a vacuum is used but no way near the amount of what they show in the candle comes out and it doesn't look like that.

i just gave you a scientific explanation of why ear coning doesn't work. if you want to cite the placebo effect, then go ahead. but if that's the case, you could stick a carrot in your ear and achieve the same results. or better yet, just light a candle by itself and compare an contrast the insides to one that you've stuck in your ear. i guarantee they'll both look the same. enjoy your willful ignorance you idiot.
