9-21-08: Randolph Charity (FRED) (CP CH/JR. EXH)

**AT MY OLD BARN**

ASB Country Pleasure Championship, Randolph County Fairgrounds in '08. This was my horse's second horse show ever. He hadn't been in the double bridle very long and also didn't have show shoes on. We just wanted him to get the experience before this coming show season. He did pretty well for his second time though. A couple mishaps, but not bad.

Between this clip and part two, a girl's horse fell on her.

Also, the canter in this clip, actually ended up being a nice canter, but my sister turned off the camera. :[

Yes, I showed in the ASB Western Country Pleasure classes and the ASB Hunter Country pleasure classes. It was a very nice show overall, except the judging was questionable.

was because I wanted to get my 100th ribbon for the 2008 show season at this show. I got my 99th. I have one more show (Blue Ribbon Classic this weekend) and I will get my

100th ribbon at that show. You and your horse did a nice job, you should be proud. I had you in the ribbons for your class.

Wow! The judge was a very interesting one for sure, he placed well in some classes and others I had no idea what he was looking at. And thank you very much, I was quite disappointed that I didn't place on Sunday and that the pinto ASB did, but otherwise I was fine. Congrats and good luck at Blue Ribbon!

In the Hunt qualifier and the western qualifier we got the gate! Even though we had clean rides. I went the office and complained because the judge had no concept of manners in a pleasure class. After that things go better. Took 2nd in both the S&B western and hunt classes and then in the championships took 4th in both. There were 7 hunter horses and 7 western and only 2 of the horse crossed divisions. all the others were exclusivly one of the other. The reason why is was so important...
