Over the last seven years terrorism has increased worldwide. We have spent a tremendous amount of resources and blood to achieve the result of more terrorism and insecurity in the region. The truth is that American military escalation in Afghanistan is harboring the worst sentiments among the Afghan population, giving the Taliban reasons to increase their recruitment and providing.

Agree I'm Swedish and we have about 600 soldiers over there just 6.7 deaths and 40 injuries in 10 years. , But I fear that there is a new Vietnam no one really knows what the fighting before they start shooting.!

I have always supported U.S. troops but here in Sweden we begin to get tired of shit over there. and we are not even involved in the war and not you either, the lucid terrorists are in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia! Bush has deceived you, just as Kennedy did, Vietnam

The lives of Afghanistan's citizens are sacred. Why must we invade their country and disrupt their lives? Why can't we just leave them alone? They didn't do anything wrong! Al Qaeda isn't even in Afghanistan.

When will America learn to "love thy neighbor"? Soon, I hope, for everyone's sake.

This war is costing BILLIONS EVERY MONTH to the American tax payers. The military industrial complex, the corporations benefiting from the wars do not want this to end and we will continue to be told that this is a necessary war. Our once mighty and robust country is in a down spiral in big part because of the huge cost the war infringes. @MathiasMoeller If you do that, it will be removed. I'm not saying false info doesn't make its way to Wikipedia but I am saying that it is usually quickly removed. Wikipedia is a great source of information, although it is "biased", in favor of large government. Almost all the information on Wikipedia is true...with some bias of course. In your favor.
