You are a genius. Excellent work. Have you considered replacing the glass window with plexi, and after cutting holes in it, you could run your pipes through? I see that you are also an auction goer... there is always a good deal to be found.

Ahhhhh...perspective is everything. I don't plan on moving till I die.
Hopefully I'll move north instead of south? ;-)

Also...you say "Redneck" like its a bad thing.
Currently the only bad thing in my world is anything related to .gov.

NICE! I just finished my outdoor wood furnace with coil in stack to capture heat. BUT I fear my supply lines (3/4 hose 5/8 ID) are to small for my Taco 007-F5 circulator pump. The pump gets hot fast :( I'm pretty sure I got all the air out of the system. Any thoughts??

@JMPindustries few Questions, #1 how long are the hoses #2 are they PEX or ...?, #3, what water temp are you running?

Being as the trailer is still in existence.....can you explain why an explosion doesn't occur every time the fan kicks in?
Wood vapor is explosive or can be used as a fuel.
I'm not critiquing...trying to understand.
I've built a 2000 sf shop with in-floor heat coils and nothing to heat with.....and want to do the same thing your are doing.

@Navigator777777 well when the fan is off the air is not off there is still the natural draft through the fire box. that is partially why the overtemp. system is necessary. i don't know how much you know about HVAC, but warm air naturally rises, so the hot smoke going up the chimney pulls fresh air into the firebox without the fan running, the fan just "spices" the fire up when needed. this is then same kind of system forced air wood furnaces use too.

25 years in the HVAC field and I've never seen car parts used for heating.
You sir are the best. I'd hire you in a minute.
