the entire game deserves a 9.5/10 only because it should of been a bit longer maybe 1 more level longer before the final level just something to really challenge your brain rather than your reflexes like the last level did.

think about it this way if you miss a jump or a one time oppertunity you can reverse time to attempt to get it right the puzzles challenge you and when you solve a puzzle you feel great I finished this game last night and I must say it is brilliant it has a fantastic story great music that goes along with how fast time is moving or if you're slowing it down or not and the game simply looks pretty and detailed.
in a nutshell you solve puzzles to literally solve a jigsaw puzzle at the end to win.

There's more to it than it appears, trust me.

This games visual performance would run circles around anything from the 80's.

And I doubt a child could interpret the sublimental and secretive story line the game has to offer.

I haven't played neither the game nor the demo, but I think this game is for kids. This could be a good game but we're not in the 80's anymore.

One of the best stoies ever. Its a J.R.R tolkien quality interactive book for $15.

Prince of Persia lets you reverse time as a stand-in for quickloading.

Braid utilizes time travel/time manipulation/parallel universes as a mechanic for solving puzzles. Comparing the two is unfair except superficially.

Playing Braid will make you discover parts of your brain you did not know existed. You will literally dream of time manipulation.
