I don't know about the movie, but the anime is good.
But, I wonder why they always have bad accents in hollywood movies?

It may not have been the greatest movie ever made, but so far it is definately the best live action adaptation of an anime. At least the creators of this film decided to put a neuron on brainpower and effort into making it, which is more than what one can say about Dragonball Evolution.
