@vickfan203 Invest in an auger about $50-80 get three tip ups and a jigging rod your looking at about $130 to get started, its an investment that will last a long time. You wont regret it after you see that first big bass or trout come through the hole

The new Dicks Sporting Goods at the Danbury mall has some ice fishing stuff. I want to do some ice fishing at candle wood but never been before. So I wouldn't know what to do, or how to break the ice without making a huge hole and falling in.

I've never icefished b4 but would love to fish the pond behind my house. What do you use for bait to catch those lg mouths?
