are you doing them on flat? if you are i really suck at flat, but you have to tuck after you reach the highest point of your jump. i like doing them off of things, it's a lot for fun and a lot easier lol

no hand stands... well lets just say i don't do them lol. with flips you really just have to go for them, not over concrete or any thing, like at the beach if you have one, or on sand or somewhere or with pads etc. thats good your still going for parkour, are you gonna post any videos or anything?

umm.... i can do the poser type flag, and i'm working on wall spin. Dude for flips you just have to go for them..... well actually it helps if you have a spotter for backflips but yeah there actually not that hard
