wow that is kind of one badly proportioned sword. I don't think the handle is even long enough for 3 of my fingers, and the blade doesn't even look long enough for a shortsword. Besides the proportions though, it looks nicely modeled.

do you have the same problem as i have that when making new windows or scaling or box select you cant see the lines or the box for box select

@anmisto I had that problem. I found out it was because I was using vista. Once I upgraded to windows 7 and got a 64 bit system, I didn't get that problem anymore. Blender 2.5 shows all of that stuff no matter what OS you're using, so you might wanna think about switching to blender 2.5

How d u make it so half is of the model is clear and the other half is solid?

That's the mirror modifier. It lets you make one half without having to do the other.
