I don't understand Korean, but I understood that he is a great man encouraging young Korean musicians to get out there, and get among it! Congratulations all YTSO players, and well done other auditionists for making it into the fierce competition it was.

i can't understand what he's saying but it seems very enthusiastically kind and encouraging.

That's probably one of the most dumb and ignorant things I've ever heard. He wasn't addressing English speakers, or he would have spoken in English.
