  • ...ketosis gives a sense of exhilaration and omnipotence...

  • Paleo diet is simply a low carb ipocaloric diet...extreme...trying to eat less but not to eliminate anything while making regularly sports is the only good choice...

  • Ignore the negative comments! No matter what the 'diet'...there's always someone who ties to find any imperfections.. America has about 60% fat to obese population.. I guess they make the excuses for not eating right as well

  • I'm one month into the 'Paleo'...I've lost about nine pounds... Painless. I've exercised..but the 'Crossfit' starts tomorrow. Encouraging video... Thanks

  • Paleo diet is much more low-caloric than mediterranea's diet. So that's the way you lose weight. Simple. There are no miracles. Even the Mediterranea is good if you shift into lowering calories...
