The video doesn't teach you to exercise. It's just meant to inspire a guy to exercise. I would never aspire to look like one of these buff puppies. I only want to get toned up and into the habit of exercising daily.

inspire to exercise? more like reuin your self esteem, most of those guys full time job is to work out coz thier models and what not, thier on like 15 suppliments they have to take a day if not on roids.
if i was a guy and id compared myself to these guys id just throw in the towel and give up lol, dont you think?!

@xxSxBxx If I felt that I had to look just like them, then I would be in for a huge letdown. I only aspire to get into better physical condition than I am in right now.

Well i loved the Video... all I ever see is halfnaked women so this was nice for a change.... and good for you if it works! Should make something myself with pics of pink or something...
