On the heels of this weeks publication of best selling author Richard Floridas latest book, The Great Reset, we present video highlights from Richards keynote presentation at Creative Places + Spaces. In October 2009 delegates from across Canada and beyond joined Artscape in Toronto for our third Creative Places + Spaces: The Collaborative City conference.
