freezing beer

My beer started to freeze AFTER I took it out of the freezer. just thought it was pretty neat. No, not a trick or anything, you really can get this to happen. It was sped up 2x so it would not be so...

The beer is pressurized in the bottle, therefore requiring a colder temperature to freeze it. when the bottle is opened the beer decompresses and stays at the same temperature therefore it freezes, yeah, it happened to me too.
