Castlevania on DOS - Level 1

Many of you out there may never even have HEARD of this version of Castlevania.
Probably the worst port of a game, EVER!
Recorded via DOSBox and later converted with the program VirtualDub.
Notice:
* Everytime you attack an enemy or picks up an item, the music disappears. It is the fault of the lousy sound older DOS Games have.
* I have only the first level but if it gets enough good critics i will upload more.
* There is no boss music due to the poor porting of the game.
* This is no speedrun! Just a demonstration of how some game ports just are plain crap.

I always hated how programmers would focus on sounds and music, instead of one or the other. It just turned the games into a cacophony of unrecognizable sound.

Oh god, this is the reason why i didn't play castlevania till this year... as a kid this was my first castlevania game. and i was like 0_o "people think this is good?". Now I realize what a mistake I made as a young 5 year old.
