I use a 4x7 workout routine. I have a no impact (joint mobility), low impact (joint mobility and stretching. Maybe a light barefoot run), moderate (first workout with PRE=5-7) and hight impact day (PRE=8-9). Where would be the best place to start the carb cycle?
