Here is a little video of my setup in my dorm room. Sorry for the bad mic, can't pick up the lows very well. Also I did not want to bump it too loud b/c my neighbor is a prick and I am in a 24/7 quiet building along with the fact that it's almost midnight. It's under the bed because I have to hide it from the RA's because it is prohibited to have a subwoofer...Oh Well. I will put up some more video's on how hard this system hits in a few days. The neon lights are for kicks. Got them for cheap and I figured it'd be cool. Rate, Comment, do whateber but don't hate or diss. Thanks and enjoy!!

My System:

  • did you connect your sup to ur z2300 speakers?, im trying to see if i can get a 465watt psu in to my z 2300 system

  • I connected the z-2300 satellites to the head unit. I did not have the z-2300 subwoofer hooked up. I just used part of the z-2300 (satellites). You can get that power supply but you need a way to power the sub if you don't have the control pod to the z-2300.

  • use the wire from pod that goes to the sub, then there must be another wire going to a circuit board. Maybe try connecting that wire to the PSU

  • idk what you are trying to say, but a z-2300 is useless without the control pod. If no control pod, then you can't use the amplifier on the sub because no one knows what teh 15 pin vga wires lead to. all you can do with a z-2300 is still use it but find a amplifier that will power it because the original amplifier in the sub only works with control pod.

  • yea where did ya get ya power pack from??

  • you can use any computer power supply but it must at least have 10 amps to power it. Or instead of a power supply from a computer, you can use anything that has a 12 volt DC output and use it but it must be 10 amps or else your deck will keep shutting off for the lack of power.
