Customized Rosetta Stone software for the Navajo language took two years of work by Navajo Language Renaissance, the Rosetta Stone Endangered Language Program, and dozens of individuals who contributed their time, labor, and knowledge. Hear some of the individuals who worked on the product explain why Navajo is a unique and important language to preserve.

  • I can't wait to buy this. I'm half Navajo, but I don't know my own language. My dad never even TOLD me I was Native until I was thirteen. But that's all he said. He never told me anything else.

  • My mom-in-law, my son Polaris, and I drove all the way from Canada to be in Window Rock for the unveiling of this software. It is such an honor to have been a part of it because of the value of unique, heritage languages itself. :) If you can buy an entire Wii or PS3 or Xbox collection for your children... then buying this box should be a cinch.

  • All the Navajo friends I have here in Arizona do not speak their own language. They might now a few words but that is it.
