Hey Bill, how about some responses on the videos of your cars driving appallingly badly around cyclists? Search these two on YouTube:

are two examples. Perhaps you could ask the instructor(s) responsible for that driving to get some cycle training so that they don't pass cyclists so closely? Perhaps they could take advice from the Institute of Advanced Motorists, because they might be instructors, but they're not behaving like advanced motorists in the video clips I've seen.
