Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].

1 Peter 1:13 Be holy and live accordingly so that the mind of Christ can guide your own walk.

[ Be Holy ] Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.

So you do not grieve the spirit of light by your own actions.

Use Peace as a guide for your heart and soul.

Philippians 4:7

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

2 Corinthians 4:4 Jesus is spiritual light,

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

The word tells us we have the mind of Christ, we hold the guidance, feelings and purposes of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 2:16:

16For who has known or understood the mind of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.

hi b. this is meamstupids friend my family is such in bad luck , we lost our internet and cable and about to lose our phones and electrick please pray for us. i am only 12 and im bad in the faith of christ and i want to be with god when i die, and im sloly working in it, so yet again please pray for me.

The negatives aren't for everyone - I think it takes a lot of faith to walk through the valley of death - but I think sometimes we are forced to go through. The positives you're reenforcing - the Word in your Heart - the Light of God - are huge elements in getting through alive in Christ. GBU and HJD

Hi, B. Wonderful msg: "Unlike the culture...dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God...develops well-formed maturity..." I´m starting to understand and live it, and the Lord blessed me this morning by giving making this most kind PROMISE in Is. 54.9b, which just poped in my mind: "...So now I have sworn not to be angry with you, never to rebuke you again."
