@MitchORizzo Stabler was drafted in 1968, but didn't play for the Raiders until 1970. In 1968 he played for Spokane, WA Shockers of the Continental Football League.

Marques Tuiasosopo is the son of a NFL player, has another brother in the NFL, the other in MLB, and his sister was with the US National Volleyball team. So I think the Raiders mind set during his draft was as a QB who had not reached his full potential in college.
