@chubsmagoo it helps the engine because most of these type cars' timing advance in the distributor is locked out to their max advance. so when we rev, it gives us good timing which is just good in general

Why on the pace laps do sometimes drivers put the clutch in and give it a few revs? does it have to do with spark plugs loading up or with carb or something? Nice race by the way!! Very sporty!!!!

That's why I like sprint cars you have to drive around them and not wreck them. You had the better car but if someone hit me coming out of two like that, screw it, I am dumping the guy who did that, if it's down to you or me I'd spin you out too.
