Best sounding Nightster I've heard on YouTube...pipes sound better than the straight shots, which sound good, but this is better. Never can be too loud.

that exhaust is the shit!

Is there a way to put a kind of baffle on that? Isn't the sound very sharp?

@xXF18DarkOWLXx I'm 5'4" and weigh 170. I bought an '09 Nightster in March and have had no issues riding it. My feet touch the ground and I still have some bend in my knees. It's the first bike I've ever owned, and I don't regret a single second of it. I feel very comfortable on it.

sikpipes.com has somthing that looks IDENTICAL to this.

Very nice bike and it sounds very cool!

any of you harley fans or better yet riders, think someone 5'4 amd that weights 135 pounds can ride a nightster like the one shown here??
-

its been my experience that with out baffles you losse allot of bottom end power, but i like the sound. so for me i going with a much bigger engine 110" so i can yous strait pipes:)

I made it with some 1.75" pipe and a piece of 3" pipe for the collector. I plan to perfect it and have some ready for sale by late December. Martin Brothers sells a similar header for $600. I plan to sell it for half that or less.

The new exhaust sounds awesome. How are they performance wise?

opens up alot better on the top end! I have no complaints but my neighbors do! lol! Tops out a little over 120mph but no more room on speedo so I can't say how much.Maybe 125mph. All stock! Only mod is this home made header!

Wow! that sounds so sick! Much props on originality. It's about time one of us bought something other than Vance & Hines. I've seen these on ebay. They're just to crazy loud for my nieghborhood

Thanks brother but by the way they were custom fabricated yesterday by a friend of mine. I have seen the ones that Martin Brothers make and yeah they do look pretty much the same.If you look under the wrap you can see a big difference.
