why i cant use my keenwheel skill? it cant place in my slots (F1,F2, etc.)

when i reach lvl 15 and i become a mercenary, if i want to be a blade am i supossed to use all my skills now? like on the defense and attack, but am i suposed to use em now?

wel actually if you wanna aoe as a blade you rely on evasion and block rate instate of hp.

Im now working on a solo blade with this build:

STR: XXX

STA 30 (maybe ill make it 40)

DEX: 67 (for speed break whn you are a blade)

INT: 15
