heheheh........I like astral travel....it's a pretty major part of the practice of spiritual Satanism.......so yeahh, ive done it before, but I'm really not that advanced in it yet....my tech is to listen to music like Nox Arcana and enter a trance state.......its kewl.....

What is up with some people? Astral projection, lucid dreams and things this video talks about has noting to do with religion. It has to to with awareness and opening up our minds to our greatest potentials. These mental exercises are just like physical exercises, except most of these parts of awareness are not given time to grow until we wish to seek them out.
