@qaadirowayne Well anyone who followed this is not free because they are now a follower.... u see no one is free because we all live by rules or norms and values.... what is thought to be right is something we all followed on from... no one is free but we can be imprisoned into the right way of life... and then even though we are still not free atleast we are on the right side.... the idea of freedom is nice but the reality is cruel... i sound like a preacher but im as fooled as the rest of u.

I both agree and disagree with the top comment because this songs use in the film was relating to them finally achieving what they had tried to do for many years and found freedom in that... (Harold hooking up with Maria, the girl he had always been too shy to talk too and Kumar finally plucking up the courage to show his true feelings to Vanessa.) I didnt see it as a relation to legalising pot...

This song has nothing to do with the legalization of pot, or the oppression of pot smokers in NA as reflecedt by the main theme of Harold and Kummar. This song is about finding freedom in life in ways, and situations that far supersede the legalizations of a trivial recreational drug in importance. This is a song for our generation world wide.
