Yeah boot camp sucks but that day you graduate and you get your insignia's and realize that you are now part of brotherhood that is over 200 years old is one of the best days of your life next to the day your child is born.

I remember when I was last in the states there was a Marine getting married, it was an awesome sight to see him and probably about a hundred of his mates outside the church all kitted up in their dress uniform.
