yeah i figured it's a better guitar but considering i'm only trading a fender strat for it i think i'm getting a heck of a deal lol not to mention it's the ultra rare maple fingerboard version :)

you got an ibanez j custom you lucky son of a well you know where i'm going :) so jealous how is it as opposed to your s540? i just landed a deal on one and am trading a fender strat for it :)

Well, s540 is a great guitar, but j.custom is better :) J.custom has better pickups (seymour duncans) , the sound is more defined and sits better in mix with other instruments.
