definetely a good hit by Ovy, you have a justice to throw a hit in a situation liek this IMO. No meaning to take a head off IMO but its easy to figure out that sometimes you get owned and the hit lands to the head of you but no targetting way, this is a hockey and u needs to understanfd that thing, if u start stopping to throwing hits go playing a Soccer lol.
Ovy didnt do anything wrong here.
