That's right, I'm back. Baby. And better than ever. Sorry to keep you all waiting, I feel pretty bad that I haven't finished another video in all this time. Hopefully I can start making up for the lost time now as I have a new PC I can actually edit comfortably on.
Anyway, this is my analysis of the Ghost in the Shell movie. I try to cover all the relevant stuff: the relation it has to the Matrix, the general philosophy it's trying to get across and of course analyzing all of the AI's dialogue. I finish off with my thoughts on how it is a great example of the differences between western and eastern science fiction. For me this was a prerequisite before tackling a matrix trilogy analysis and retrospective. I'm not sure how long that will take but best case scenario (which almost for sure will not happen) it'll be another month. I'll do a commentary video or two in the mean time though.
