Actually it is not uncommon for a junkie with a high tolerance to inject up to 4 to 5 times a lethal dose to get high. I challenge you to read about it, and get informed about statements you make. Your statement is fundamentally incorrect, and if more people knew of high tolerance in Heroin addiction, there would be less confusion and *bad* information.

Here is some information that may affect your interest. It is compelling and legitimate EVIDENCE that FORCES a case to be opened of re-opened. "They" do not have evidence. It does not exist.
