The massed bands of Jack Hylton, Lew Stone, Roy Fox and Ambrose play "Don't blame me" and "Isn't it heavenly". This was recorded in 1933 and was issued on Decca disk F3723. The first song features Pat o'Malley on vocals and the second song features Al Bowlly.

  • "Oh isn't it heavenly, just heaven on earth to be with you?" Beautiful. <3

  • This must have been very novel at the time. All those top bands on the same record. Ambrose would leave Brunswick for Decca the following year. Jack Hylton left Decca by the end of that year (1933).

Think there is one top band missing, no prizes for guessing which one but he joined Decca at the end of that decade.

  • I love that label !! Beautiful record !!!
