Miklos Rozsa has brought a lot of inspired music into the world. The Lords Prayer was not sung in the film but burst forth as a marvellous orchestral piece. The choral version was recorded by Rozsa for the LP released at the time. It has become a much performed piece all round the world.

This music was especially effective during the Sermon On the Mount in the movie "King Of Kings," as Jeffrey Hunter, playing Jesus, speaks the words.

M .R. was brought up a lutherin and much of his influence came fromthe Lord of Hosts along with the sounds he was exposed to in the church grwoing up. I wonder what wil inspired today's youth for tomorrow's movies? hummmm,Even today's "ALL ABOUT ME" Christian music, is fillled with rap & rock.

I am a fan of Miklos Rozsa's music, and I totally enjoyed your visual presentation. I enjoyed "Ivanhoe" too. Looking forward to see more with Rozsa's music.
