@kodiak1966 Unless the NDP have a new leader who has the clout and the persona of the late Jack Layton that landslide you're projecting in 4 years will never happen.
Hey I have nothing against Jack Layton (I admire his strength and his spirit). Obviously, I do not agree with his party politically. I do no think that NDP is going to win in 4 years.
@valentinerikson You telling me 103 seats in the house and being official opposition is a loss? Hmm...Its a good thing they had the election early,,,another 3 months and it would have been a majority NDP. Its ok,,they need 4 years of practice anyways before they get voted in next election by a landslide.
@valentinerikson Any way you look at it,the NDP won.We all knew the PC would get a majority for all the wrong reasons. We are on the right track, the country finaly woke up...next election in 4 years,,,bye bye conservatives!Prepare to suffer for the next 4 years tho,,private healthcare, north american union, bye bye cpp,ei,welfare and immigrants??they may as well forget about bringing relatives in canada. etc etc..you asked for it!
@valentinerikson Well,I guess you can eat your words now, Conservatives=Biggest Canadian deficit in history! We are not Americans but Canadians..remember that.
HST will lower costs for businesses because they will be able to claim full input tax credits (federal and provincial parts) and have more cash. As a result, the cost of the product will decrease. This will attract more investments from the US and other countries. Our businesses will become more competitive, create more jobs for people, which will benefit our economy. Also, eventually our corporate tax rate will only be 15%- one of the lowest in the world.

There is a fundamental difference in philosophy between socialists and capitalists. You trust government, we trust ourselves:)

@kodiak1966, you did not win. A winner gets to form the government.
