2 Tomatos

2 medium sized Carrots
4 quarter sized pieces of Fresh Ginger Root
4 Shitake Mushrooms
6 grams of Dang Gui Tou
6 grams of Shan Yao
6 grams of Gou Qi Zi
4 pieces of Hong Zao
4 pieces of Da Zao
1 tablespoons of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 cup of Water

    I don't think you are suppose to use carrot...

    I believe they have opposite properties

  • On your list...Carrot I understand.... but tomatoes?

    I don't recall any traditional chicken soup that uses tomatoes

  • You have tomatoes in your ingredient lists but do not talk about them during the video. When do the tomatoes go into the pot? Is it okay to substitute ramps, green onion or chives for the leeks?
