Babies that are breach can also be born natural but the majority of obs are not trained on it. a breach in the system is a good movie on this. Many midwives are trained in delivering breach babies.

Please note: this is not always the case. My child was breach and we both would have died without "interference". (in my case, intervention)

I just wanted to add that there was much more to my interview than what was shown. My 4 hour interview was cut to 15 seconds! I actually said that the problems in birth are caused by both unnecessary interference AND fear. Many women get in their own way when giving birth. The key is to not interfere physically or psychologically. In any case, lovely birth!
