Love the driver's reaction at the finish line. Must be so pumped.

1993 and not 1992

@peter280319 probably fitted a v8 for reliability, spare parts and driveability
-
Am I right thinking the Jordan 192 had a V12 Yamaha, sounds like a Judd V8

@ZZR1400GREY LOL, he didn't have time for the tires to warm up to push it.

even if my car went that fast down hill id be stoked. looks like an awesome fun ride shame its so quick.

what an ugly driving, dude it's possible to drive both safely and beautifully at the same time. seriously one of the ugliest onboards i've ever seen

@workshop77777 Even so, it can't be much worse than the original Yamaha engine that this car had. And I'd dare to say it's more reliable.

Anything with an FI element always attracts armchair critics. I have been up this hill to work and also in competition. This is a great run and I enjoyed it so much and envy the driver his excellent run with all the hazards of a road circuit. It is the start of the Mountain section of the TT circuit in the Isle of Man. From Mayhill in Ramsey, round the Ramsey Hairpin under the trees then up into a series of bends known as the Waterworks and finally the famous right hander the Gooseneck.
