you have an exhaust leak, its a single exhaust yet you have fumes coming out the bottom, spacers maybe?

The bumper shocks on the 280Z's bumpers weigh 5 lb apiece. Another easy 20 pounds to shed off the car, and from great places to remove weight, outside the wheelwells. Don't dispose of the ones you take off though. They sell for hundreds of dollars apiece on the market.
