@andrea111292 I agree. The live performances put the "rock" into the song. On the album, its quite poppy.

I don't it is "modified" int the sense that it is tampered with. She has a well trained and versatile voice as a vocalist and is capable of holding a higher pitch than normal. 'guess she thought "what the heck, it just sounds better natural", meaning her natural tone of voice. And it does!
