just doing these for size, and because i like moving heavy things. i dont recommend this to people training for powerlifting because it is very different from a passable squat in a powerlifting competition.

  • @taylor1hp This form is used by many powerlifters. It puts the weight more forward and allows those with whose hamstrings are stronger than their quads to use more weight.

  • @taylor1hp Check out a f'in powerlifting squat video some time...

  • how many sets do you normally do when you work with weight that heavywith that many reps? or how many working sets?

  • looks almost like good mornings, are you supposed to lean forward so much?

  • Babyslayer, you're a fucking beast. Accept my bodyspace friend request already. It makes it easier to get to your profile.

  • Lightweight. Looking tiny.

  • im currently gaining on my squats. do you recommend using a box ? and why do you use it?
