@runespec... P90x works and yes the diet is the most important thing in anything if you want to see results. The program is only to make lean and ripped!! If you want to get big then you know what you got to do. Add more weights and less reps!!! Of course this us not going to give a huge chest but I bet you it will give better stamina!!!

@themango69 you cant do an entire session of plyo and then expect to eat a Giant Burger or steak or pastrami sandwich with bacon and expect to see results

Wow... I've seen better results in the last 60 days following routines I found on bodybuilding sites. P90x is just full of calisthenic garbage. At best its for women who want to tone a little bit. Your results for 270 days?! It looks like me after my first 60 except my chest was bigger. This is an example of why p90x doesnt work. If people actually do buy it they should atleast follow the diet... Diet is 80% training is 20%.

@Wulfgeir you need to do your research more man, if you commit 100% to every aspect of the program there is no way you cant accomplish it in 90 days...if there's any doubts just commit, you will regret it:)

Great results! I'm starting p90x soon myself. I've had a lot of friends have results even without the eating plan all they did was cut down portions and just eat healthy in general...not a big secret...intense consistent workouts combined with healthy eating = results...great job on your progress keep it up!

Well done building your body. Its just a shame that you don't stand op straight. Your posture/stance is at least as important as your physical health. Stand against a straight wall for 1 minute, letting the back of your feet, your butt, your shoulders and the ball of your head (the little point bumping out of the back of your head) touch the wall. Let the feet rest under where your shoulders are. If the distance between your back and the wall is to big, tightin your abs. Remember this stance

what if you don't diet with the nutriotion plan but you eat really healthy with fruits ands veggies???

im doing p45x doing the muscle and cardio or whatever one both in the same day along with running. i need to haha dont have the time for the 90 days
So what they dont tell you on tv is how many times you have to do it to get that body. More like p270x.

hey great work, just one thing i saw you comment about bigger chest, look up sixpack factory, all his videos are on utube, he has lots of cest work outs that helpped m soo much

hey im athletic 14 year old but want to get stronger cause im a little skinny and did you say that you did this with out doing the diet and werent seeing resluts in strength and that the diet is key? thanks for any feedback from anyone

@ncbadirtbag2 go look at my other videos, mainly the 90 and 180 day and the difference with them and the 270 day was that I focused on diet on the last one....diet plays a HUGE part
