Dead Space 2 the Truth about the Markers and the Necromorphs

*SPOILERS* *SPOILERS*

So here is a audio log from a man called Kinner Phelps, a researcher/scientist who was in the project (Project Annex maybe?) on making that HUGE marker you both see and destroy at the end of Dead Space 2.

Here he tells about the influence from the Markers and the truth about them. You can find this audio log near the end of the game. Behind two obstacles, i think one helmet and a toolbox in a "safe room" with a working bench, store and save station.

The audio log, as you maybe can see in the video, is called "IT'S MAKING US MAKE IT!".

Maybe we will encounter the aliens in Dead Space 3? Personally i think Isaac and Ellie are going to Earth in Dead Space 3, to stop the EarthGov and destroy the true original Black Marker.

That would be a nice ending to this fantastic franchise. Dont you think?

I skipped every single text and audio log except this one. I'm glad I didn't, this really made the story compelling and even more interesting. No doubt Hollywood is gonna wanna make a Dead Space movie and most likely fail at it though

@Kuya1991 Damn right! I loved this audio log! I think it's the best audio log in the entire game! It's so scary with the "It makes us make it!" and "It wants to get out!, Desperately!". That sounds really scary. Is it the Necromorphs who want to get out or maybe something else? The Necromorphs leader maybe? Maybe the real aliens behind the Marker?

I dont see the Necromorphs build Markers, they are too mindless for that. They only exist to slaughter other species and turn them into more necro's.

Yeah I figured that the markers were part of some alien scheme to resurrect their species or something like that. I don't think Dead Space 2 screwed up the story at all but rather made it richer. Hints of this kind were given in the first game as well. We still do not know for certain whether the markers are all malevolent, their origins or purpose are.
