I believe it is the first 0.25% of total volume of the mash. So 10,000 mL x .0025 = 25 mL. Rough estimation. It really depends on your mash quality, and what you used.

im sure that the first certain percent of alcahol is pure methanol.. which is poisonous and can make u blind or kill you?
