    I believe it is the first 0.25% of total volume of the mash. So 10,000 mL x .0025 = 25 mL.  Rough estimation. It really depends on your mash quality, and what you used.

  • im sure that the first certain percent of alcahol is pure methanol.. which is poisonous and can make u blind or kill you?
